Lasagna

The best lasagna in Prince Edward County layers scratch-made pasta, cheese, and a hearty bolognese sauce made with Jubilee's pasture raised grass-fed beef and Fiddlehead Farm's seasonal veggies for one of the most comforting Italian dishes of all time.

Fisherman's Chowder

Ingredients

Plum tomatoes, Jubilee beef, bacon, pasta (durum wheat, eggs), tomato paste, onions, celery, Fiddlehead Farm carrots, cheese, spinach, garlic, olive oil, salt, spices

Heating Instructions (2-3 serving size):

1. If frozen, defrost overnight in refrigerator.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees F convection).
3. Place lasagna in oven with lid on, and bake for 45 minutes.
4. Remove lid and liner, and increase oven to 375 degrees F.
5. Bake for another 10 minutes, or until preferred doneness is reached.
6. Remove lasagna from oven, replace liner and lid.
7. Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.

*It's best to thaw first but if cooking from frozen, double the cooking time.
