It's always best to soak or sour-leaven our grains for easy digestion and optimal health but sometimes it's not always possible. Our Muffin and Pancake Mixes make baking quick and easy! They are made with grains we have grown organically here in Prince Edward County which we mill fresh and package here at the farm. Our bags are made out of a high barrier package that will keep the product fresh for at least 12 months.

Our mixes are designed as a base for many different recipes. Make up your own recipe or choose from the seven recipes we have listed on our recipes page. Recipes include: Very Berry, Ultra-moist Banana, Strawberry Rhubarb, Apple Almond, Butternut Squash Apple, Zucchini Spice and Chocolate Orange.
