Our buckwheat flour has not been industrially processed like other flours. We slowly stone grind our buckwheat at a low temperature to preserve nutrients and maximize flavour.
Freshness is especially key with buckwheat. Buckwheat starts to go rancid quickly and develops a bitter taste if not stored properly in a fridge or freezer. Our special packaging is designed to prevent
oxidation of important vitamins and minerals, locking in freshness for optimal nutrition and taste.
