How do pick-up days work?
Arrive at the pick-up location at your scheduled time, which is 12:00 PM (this time may change, we'll confirm a few days before delivery).

You will be greeted by your farmer, Tim, who will be parked at the east end (dead end) of Winchester St. that borders the Riverdale Park. This is the area of the Cabbagetown Market and the Simpson House (part of Riverdale Farm). He will be in a black Toyota van. You can park on either side of the street.

If you are using Uber, it only takes a few minutes to pick up your order so we suggest holding your driver.

Provide the name on your order and he will provide you with all items in your order. Please double-check that you have received everything from your order. You have already paid via credit card so you are good to go and head home with your nutrient dense, healthy foods.

Be sure to mark your calendars for your order pickup date and precise scheduled pickup time. To be fair to other customers we cannot wait on latecomers. If you show up late, our delivery van will already be in transit to the next scheduled stop.
