Tallow Face & Body Balm

The ingredients in our Tallow Face and Body Balm deeply moisturize the skin, and protect against environmental stressors. It also has the ability to nourish and soothe eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea, and other skin sensitivities/ailments.

For those who wear make-up... this balm doubles as an incredible primer. 

Ingredients:

-Jubilee 100% Grass-fed Tallow
-Organic Golden Jojoba Oil infused with Organic Calendula 
-Vitamin E Oil
-Organic Frankencense Essential Oil (0.2% dilution)*

***Although our low dilution rate is said to be safe for children under 2, I personally am not comfortable using it on my babies and I recommend trying our "Sensitive" version instead.***

100% Grass-fed Tallow

Beef tallow is exceptional in its capacity to nourish and heal the skin, being abundant in vitamins A, D, E, and K, which enhance hydration, facilitate healing, and contribute to a vibrant complexion. The fatty acids present in beef tallow assist in repairing the skin barrier, alleviating inflammation, and enhancing elasticity, rendering it particularly suitable for dry or irritated skin. 

Jojoba Oil

Jojoba oil closely resembles the natural sebum produced by the skin, making it an exceptionally effective moisturizer. It is abundant in vitamins E and B-complex, which work to nourish and calm the skin while balancing oil production without clogging pores. Its anti-inflammatory properties help alleviate redness and irritation, contributing to healthy, smooth, and well-hydrated skin.

Calendula

Calendula is renowned for its soothing effects and is particularly beneficial for inflamed skin caused by eczema or insect bites. The nutrients present in this herb can help delay the onset of premature wrinkles and provide a radiant glow to the skin. Active compounds such as iodine, carotene, and manganese support skin regeneration and expedite the healing process. 

Vitamin E Oil

Vitamin E is essential for safeguarding the skin’s barrier, retaining moisture, enhancing radiance, and minimizing signs of aging. It is also renowned for its antioxidant properties that defend the skin against free radicals. 

Frankincense Essential Oil

This oil is beneficial for revitalizing damaged skin, particularly in mature individuals. It has the ability to diminish the visibility of fine lines, wrinkles, scars, and blemishes. Additionally, it aids in balancing the skin and improving overall complexion. It is effective in soothing dry or cracked skin, calming inflammation, and managing acne-prone conditions

All the ingredients are shelf stable for 6-8 months. You can refrigerate for an extended shelf life up to 12 months.
