Lauralee is also very particular about all the ingredients she uses. I have seen her ingredient list and and I feel good about feeding her baked goods to my kids. All of her baked goods are made with 100% Jubilee Red Fife flour and are fermented for at least 24 hours up to 36 hours breaking down the gluten and phytic acid in the grains for easy digestion and highest nutrient availability.
