Our honey is raw which means unpasteurized, unfiltered, and never heated. This keeps all the taste and medicinal properties of raw honey intact.
We offer:
- spring honey (predominately basswood and sweet clover-our lightest tasting honey)
- summer wildflower honey
- fall honey (predominately goldenrod and buckwheat).
As the season progresses, the honey develops a more strong/bold honey flavour.
