INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
3/4 cup cocoa
1 egg
1-1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups Jubilee Gluten-Free Baking Mix
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease brownie pan. Melt butter and cocoa together on stove top and let cool slightly. In a bowl mix together eggs, maple syrup & vanilla. Add the cocoa & butter mixture and stir the chocolate chips and Gluten-Free Baking Mix. Fold together gently until just combined. Do not over mix. Fill the brownie pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
