They really are packed to the brim with healthy goodness and have amazing flavour and texture. *All of our Gluten-Free Baking Mix recipes use 1-1/2 cups of dry mix, giving you two batches in each bag. This recipe is the exception as it calls for only 1/2 cup of dry mix, giving you six batches per bag. Another option- three batches of these cookies plus your choice of one other gluten-free recipe.
